Refund policy

We want you to sleep better — guaranteed. If GripNight doesn't work for you, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund, no questions asked.

To request a refund, contact us at gripnight.shop@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Please note: due to the nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons — refunds are issued without requiring you to ship the product back.
